Is it advisable to add some Dettol liquid for rinsing clothes after a wash

It is generally not advisable to add Dettol liquid to your laundry rinse water. 

Dettol liquid is a disinfectant and is intended for use on hard, non-porous surfaces, not on fabrics. 

Using Dettol in your laundry rinse water could damage your clothes and leave them with a strong, unpleasant odor.
